RF is a painless treatment and most clients will experience zero discomfort. Some find the warm sensation relaxing, particularly on the buttocks. It feels like a hot stone massage.

When it comes to skin tightening and the lifting effect of RF, it can produce instant results. You will notice immediate improvements to your skin tone that will get better with each session. The collagen remodelling aspect of RF takes a little more time and you will reach full benefits of the collagen stimulation around 3 months after treatment, as it continues to work. Most clients will see external changes beginning to occur by the 3-4th session.

RF can effectively treat the entire body depending on your skin concerns! Radio frequency (RF) therapy, also called radio frequency skin tightening, is a nonsurgical method of tightening your skin. The procedure involves using energy waves to heat the deep layer of your skin known as your dermis. This heat stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. Collagen is the most common protein in your body. It creates the framework of your skin and gives your skin its firmness. As you age, your cells produce less collagen, which leads to sagging skin and wrinkles. Skin laxity occurs around age 35 to 40 when the quantity and quality of your collagen begins to decline. This treatment causes heat trauma to shock new collagen and elastin fibres to form and is fantastic as a preventative treatment. RADIO FREQUENCY 🔥 It is a good idea to avoid excess sun exposure and always apply sunscreen if going out into the sun post treatment. Keeping the skin well hydrated with a good moisturiser or serum morning and night will also boost the results of treatment. Avoid high intensity workouts for 24hours to avoid heavily sweating. FAT CAVITATION ✌️ We recommend drinking plenty of fresh water following your Ultrasound Fat Cavitation treatments as this will greatly help the process of removing the fatty acids naturally from your body over the next 72 hours. A healthy diet and regular exercise is also the best way to maintain your results and keep you looking good and feeling great.

RF TIGHTENING 🔥 This will depend on your individual situation, and we will carefully assess this for you during your initial consultation. Some clients may find their skin or body concern to be rectified within 6-8 treatments, whilst others may require additional treatments to receive the end look, they are wanting to achieve. We strongly encourage a good diet, exercise and hydration regime to see results faster. FAT CAVITATION ✌️ This will depend on your individual situation, and we will carefully assess this for you during your initial consultation. Some clients may find their body concern to be rectified within 6 treatments – 12 treatments, whilst others may require additional treatments to receive the end look, they are wanting to achieve. We strongly encourage a good diet, exercise and hydration regime to see results faster. Treatments are spaced a minimum of 72 hours apart, but we recommend one treatment in one-week intervals to allow your body to flush out the fat released during the process of Ultrasound Fat Cavitation. Booking in every 1-2 weeks will produce optimal results.

Some clients may experience redness immediately after treatment, but this typically subsides not long after treatment. As there is no downtime, you can get on with your day as usual. We do recommend not doing excessive sweating up to 24hours after RF treatment but do recommend excessive sweating during the 3 days after fat cavitation treatments!
