This can include factors like medication, medical conditions, pregnancy and cosmetic treatments. How will I feel after Lymphatic Drainage?
Our clients typically feel refreshed and very relaxed. It's common to feel the need to use the bathroom after your treatment, as your body is moving toxins out. We recommend enjoying further relaxation time with some herbal tea post-treatment.

Is there any down time post-treatment?
No. You may experience increased bowel movement post-treatment. However, most clients continue on with their day as normal.
Does the treatment hurt?
Our techniques use mild to medium pressure to deliver the best results, which is typically pain-free. We will always consult you on your preferred pressure, ensuring that there is no discomfort.
